NAR 2011 Profiles of Home Buyers and Sellers

This is a test to see if the app called Blogsy works to write and publish posts on my new WordPress blog.
 
I read the highlights of the NAR Profiles of Home Buyers and Sellers released late Fall 2011 this evening.
 
What stood out most? 
 
A typical Home Buyer views 12 homes in 12 weeks. That’s it!
 
A Seller utilizes a Real Estate Agent roughly 90% of the time and gets 95% of the List Price.
 
Folks don’t move far …as in way under 20 miles.
 
One Agent is interviewed. Honesty counts HUGE, Big, Giant, H U G E !
